Long Time Comin
Since September of 2007 Long Time Comin has not played any shows or rehearsed at all. Bassist Jeremy Govero moved back to his home state of Missouri and is definately missed. Marcos finished college with an associates degree in culinary arts. Brian has just begun college again this time Texas State for a Horticultural Business degree.
But fear not fans of LTC near to Austin and all over the world. Before Jeremy left we got halfway finished recording some new songs for our next album. Recorded at Jeremy's home studio they are still rough/very unfinished versions of the songs...and they lack vocals. Later this year they will be rerecorded and polished some more.

"Outside Blues" 2008 Demo
And so for now, we wait. There are plans on the horizon to finish the three demo songs and either proceed as a two piece (Drums and Guitar/Vocal), or find a new bass player. All in good time...
I'll put the other two 2008 demo songs on here real soon with some other updated pics and stuff.
Long Time Comin began to make their mark on the Austin music scene when they released their self-titled debut album in August of 2006. As a three piece boogie band they've rocked clubs in their hometown of Austin for the past few years. Always willing to play their hearts out for anybody, they make fans wherever they go.
LTC was born in 2001 by Brian Bayer, Marcos Galvan and Hal Vorpahl in Austin Texas. They became known for their high energy shows and catchy songs. Early on the band grew deep blues roots that define the music to this day. Brian, Marcos and new member Jeremy plan on releasing a new album this year and continuing to do their part to keep the blues alive.
LONG TIME COMIN NEWS
